Many years of experience have shown that questions about the possibility of participating in the Festival continue to come to our organizing committee even after the deadline for accepting applications. And although the jury will have to work more on selection of candidates, we are extending the application period for the  «Road to Yalta» - 2023 until March, 19 inclusive.
