The Organizing Committee has already received applications from 30 countries, but it was decided to give a chance to all those who have not registered yet.

The festival extends the deadline for applications until February 29th!

To apply is simple: you need to fill out a small form on the official website of the festival and be sure to give a link to the recording of your performance. Then a competent jury will select 15 participants who will be invited to the festival in Moscow.
