On May 10, 2025, a large concert «For the sake of life on Earth!» was held on Cathedral Square in front of the country's main military temple as part of the VICTORY Festival, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945.
Together with popular Russian stars – Nonna Grishaeva, Zara, Ekaterina Guseva, Yuta, Anna Bolshova, Askar Abdrazakov, Alexander F. Sklyar, Yaroslav Sumishevsky, Rodion Gazmanov and other artists – the contestants and laureates of the Road to Yalta took part in the concert program.
The first musical number of the concert was the song «Let's Bow to the Great Years» performed by Raymond Pardamean (Indonesia) and the choir of the Alexandrov Ensemble. Raymond won first place with her in 2023, but this time he sang it entirely in Russian. In a duet, Sasho Gachnik (Slovenia) and Marko Dolas (Serbia) sang «Where the Motherland Begins», and Arthur Garfunkel (USA) presented his version of «For that guy» to the audience. Their voices joined in the final song of the concert, «Victory Day». They noted that it is a special honor to perform in Russia during the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.
The organizers of the concert are the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Humanitarian World Foundation.
The project is supported by the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives and PSB Bank.
